Artichoke Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp hot paprika
- 1 c chopped fresh basil

Step 1
1. COMBINE all ingredients except basil in food processor. Pulse until smooth.
2. TRANSFER to serving bowl. Stir in basil and season to taste. (Makes 2 cups.)
