Ingredients
- 3 T olive oil
- 1/2 c yellow onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 c carrots
- 1/2 c celery
- 1 1/2 quarts chicken stock
- 3 T parlsey
- 6 oz tubetti or ditalini pasta, cooked & drained
- s&p
- 2 c tomato puree

Preparation
Step 1
Warm oil in heavy 5 qt stockpot over med heat. Add onion, garlic, carrots, celery. Cook and stir 2 min. Add broth, puree and parsley, bring to low boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Add beans, add s&p. Serve over pasta. 6-8 servings.
