Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork roast cubed
- 4 chorizo sausage sliced
- 2 poblano peppers roasted peeled and chopped
- 1 Portuguese pepper roasted peeled and chopped
- 1 can chipolte pepper chopped
- 28 oz tomato sauce
- 1 large onion
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can white beans
- 1 can kidney beans

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown sausage and pork in saute pan
2. Saute green pepper and onion and garlic
3. Combine rest of ingredients and simmer
