Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork roast cubed
  • 4 chorizo sausage sliced
  • 2 poblano peppers roasted peeled and chopped
  • 1 Portuguese pepper roasted peeled and chopped
  • 1 can chipolte pepper chopped
  • 28 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 can kidney beans

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown sausage and pork in saute pan
2. Saute green pepper and onion and garlic
3. Combine rest of ingredients and simmer
