Ingredients
- 3 POTATOES CUT INTO CUBES
- 2 STALKS CELERY CHOPPED FINE
- 1 ONION FINELY CHOPPED
- 1 CARROT GRATTED
- 1 BOTTLE CLAM JUICE.
- WHITE SAUCE
- 3/4 / CUP BUTTER
- 3/4 CUP FLOUR
- 2 CUPS MIMLK
- 5 CANS CHOPPED CLAMS
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP THYME
- SALT AND PEPPER

Preparation
Step 1
SIMMER VEGETABLES IN THE CLAM JUICE FROM THE CAN. I ALSO ADD 1 BOTTLE CLAM JUICE. COOK ONLOW TILL TENDER.
MAKE WHITE SAUCE AND COOK TILL TH ICK. ADD VEGETABLES AND CLAMS AND SEASONING. I ADD HALF AND HALF AND THICKEN WITH FLOUR IF TO THIN THEN AD MORE MILK IF TOO THICK. I ALSO ADD A LOT OF CANS OF CLAMS.
