    boneless pork chops

  • 1

    cup flour

  • 1

    cup milk

  • 1-1/2

    cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • 4

    Tbsp oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 deg. Pound pork chop to 1/3 to 1/2" thickness. Dredge pork in flour. Dip in milk; dredge in bread crumbs, pressing lightly to adhere. Season with pepper to taste. Repeat with remaining pork chops. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 pork chops; cook until light brown, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking sheet. Wipe pan clean; repeat with remaining oil and pork chops. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
