Ingredients
- 4 Whole Potatoes-Peeled and Sliced on mandolin
- 2 Tb Butter-Softened
- 1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Tb Flour
- 2 Cloves Garlic-Minced
- 1 Tsp Slat
- Pepper to taste
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
1. Smear butter all over baking dish bottom and sides.
2. In large bowl whisk heavy cream, milk, flour, garlic, salt and pepper well.
3. Add potatoes and toss. Pour into baking dish and cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
4. Remove foil and bake 20 minutes more, and until golden brown and bubbly.
5. Sprinkle cheese over top and put back into oven and bake 3-5 more minutes until melted.
