Shrimp or Crab – curried – dip

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese (softened)
  • Sour cream - more if you want a dip
  • Green onion
  • Can cocktail shrimp ( or crab)
  • Worcestershire sauce (1 1/2 tsp; 2 was too much)
  • Lemon juice – 1 squirt
  • Basil
  • Curry powder to taste –“kind of cover top” (I used too much last time)
  • Grated cheddar cheese

Step 1

Serve as dip with crackers ( or more solid like a cheese ball).

*Option:
Can fill ½ green, red, yellow peppers – put in fridge to solidify. Cut in wedges like apple – looks nice.
