Ingredients
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice, uncooked
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare jasmine rice as directed. In a separate saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar and salt. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Pour coconut mixture into coooked rice. Stir well. Cover rice with wax paper or foil. Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Spoon rice onto a plate with mango slices.
