WARM CRAB DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 package (250g) light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 package (227g) flake style imitation crab, or 2 cans crab meat, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic & pepper until smooth. Gradually beat in wine. Stir in green onions, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese and 1/2 the crab. Spread evenly in an 8-inch glass baking dish or pie plate; sprinkle with remaining crab and top with remaining Parmesan.

Bake at 375F for 20 minutes, or until bubbling. Cool slightly and sprinkle with parsley.

Serve with assorted crackers.
