Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg cream cheese, at room temp
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 (12 ounce) can cherry pie filling, chilled

Preparation
Step 1
- In either a stand mixer or hand held elctric mixer, cream the cheese until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
-Slowly add the milk, mixing on low speed until well-combined.
-Stir in lemon juice and vanilla and pour into crust.
-Place the pie into the refridgerator for at least 2 hours up to overnight, until well chlled and set.
-Top pie with filling just before serving.
