Strawberry Cake Cookies

These 4-ingredient cookies couldn't be easier! The basics are in the strawberry cake mix. Just add egg, water and oil for a simple pink cookie to make anytime.

Ingredients

• 1 (18.5-ounce box) strawberry cake mix
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients together with spoon or electric mixer. Refrigerate 20 minutes or longer to keep dough from sticking to your hands.

Roll into one inch balls and place on a non stick cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake about 15 minutes. Edges should be lightly browned.
