Ingredients
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp flour
- 2 and 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1 pound of crab meat
- 1 cup cream or half and half

Preparation
Step 1
-Melt butter in saucepan and stir in flour until lump free and it creates a thick rue (you may want to double the butter flour mixture if you want to add more milk then the recipe calls for.)
-Then add milk, salt, and peppers. Stir until well heated and thickened. (May add more milk to increase the amount of soup it makes.)
-After it's thickened add the crab meat and half and half.
-Heat well.
-Add more salt and pepper if necessary. (Go easy on the red pepper.)
-Serve with old bay on top.
