Ingredients
- 3 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 T dried rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rub the roast with the olive oil then spread the garlic over it. Place in a 10x15 roasting pan then sprinkle with the rosemary. Bake at 375 for 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
