  • 4 Bone-in Center Cut Pork Chops 1" Thick
  • First Dredge: 1/4C Flour
  • Second Dredge: 2 Eggs Beaten
  • Third Dredge: 1-1/2C Panko Bread Crumbs, 1C Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1T Dried Sage & 1t Lemon Zest
  • 2 T Butter
  • 2 T EVOO

Preparation

Step 1

Large Ovenproof Skillet Medium-High Heat, Add Butter & EVOO. Place Coated Pork Chops in Hot Skillet & Brown Both Sides. About 2-3 Minutes Each Side.

Preheated Oven 425F, Add Skillet & Chops, Bake 15-20 Minutes, Turn Once, Until 160F.

Let Rest 5 Minutes Before Serving.
