K's Melt-In-Your-Mouth Crab Cakes w/Remoulade Sauce

  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • 1 pkg. Old Bay Crab Cake Seasoning Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T. mayonnaise
  • 2-3 T. Onion, chopped finely
  • 2 T. Red bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 10 saltines, crushed
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter



Step 1

Mix 1st 7 ingredients together; form into 8 cakes.

Heat approximately 2-3 T. olive oil and 2 T. butter in skillet on medium to med-high heat. Add cakes and brown on both sides until done.


Serve with my Special Remoulade Sauce (in my cookbooks under Sauces)
