  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 20 pieces green onion tops
  • 1 dash minced garlic
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can crab meat
  • oil for frying


Preparation time 20mins


Step 1

1) Heat cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds to soften. Add crab meat.
2) Finely chop green onion tops and add. Add garlic and sugar. In a separate bowl mix eggs and milk and add to mixture.
3) Heat oil or deep frying. Spoon mixture in the middle of each wonton wrapper and fold over to close. Put in fryer; when edges start browning turn over. Place on a paper towel to drain.
