Smoked Salmon Dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup 0% fage yogurt
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbs fresh minced dill
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 lb (4 oz) smoked salmon, minced


Servings 1


Step 1

Cream the cheese with an electric mixer until smooth, add yogurt, lemon juice, dill, horseradish,, s&p and mix. Add the smoked salmon and mix well. Chill and serve with crudite or crackers.
