Ingredients
- 1 cup celery
- 1 pound beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 can of mushrooms, drained and reserved liquid
- 1 can bean sprouts
- steamed cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut meat and brown thoroughly.
2. Stir in celery, onion and soy sauce; add beef broth.
3. Simmer for about 30 min. until beef is cooked.
4. Mix cornstarch in mushroom liquid.
5. Add mushrooms and bean sprouts to beef mixture. Add cornstarch liquid.
6. Heat to boiling and stir.
7. Boil 1 min. Pour over Rice.
