Ingredients
- 1 c. Lemon or Lime Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper flakes (crushed)
- 12 large Boston Lettuce Leaves
- 1/2 lb. Roast Beef (slivered, deli)
- 1 c. Carrots (shredded)
- 1 c. Alfalfa Sprouts

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, stir together vinaigrette, soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Lay lettuce leaves, open side up, on work surface. Top with roast beef, carrots and alfalfa spouts. Drizzle about 1 tsp. dressing to top and roll each leaf up. Use remaining dressing as a dipping sauce for the roll-ups.
