Moist and Yummy Banana Bread

This is one of the MUST try recipe! It's sooooo easy to make and never fails. Instead of throwing away over riped bananas, I always use them to make this bread, so no waste. Try my Pumpkin Bread with Cream Cheese Fillings, too. You will love it!
Ingredients
- DRY INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- WET INGREDIENTS:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup oil
- Optional:
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/2 cup rainsin or dry cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven at 350 degree F.
Mix all wet ingredients in a blender until mixture becomes liquid.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix with a electric mixer untill all ingredients mixed together.
Pour the batter into two grease and lightly floured loaf pans.
Bake for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean after inserting into the center of the loaf.
