- Here are some convenient guidelines for cooking the perfect turkey in the NuWave Oven - just in time for Thanksgiving!
- ◾NuWave Oven Pro Directions www.NuWaveOven.com ◾Cook up to a 10-pound turkey without the Extender Ring
- ◾Cook up to a 16-pound turkey WITH the Extender Ring
- ◾Cook a fresh turkey on 1-inch rack for 12 minutes per pound on Power Level HI ◾Fresh turkey breasts also cook for 12 minutes per pound
- ◾Cook a frozen turkey on 1-inch rack for 15 minutes per pound on Power Level HI ◾Frozen turkey breasts also cook for 15 minutes per pound

Step 1
◾Stuffing Tips ◾Option 1: Stuff turkey at beginning of cooking process, and add 4-5 minutes per pound to cooking time
◾Option 2: Add stuffing halfway through cooking process and continue as normal
◾Option 3: Add stuffing to cavity of the turkey and cook for the last 30 minutes of the cooking process
◾Per USDA recommendations, make sure that stuffing reaches an internal temperature of 165°F
◾Miscellaneous Tips ◾When cooking a frozen turkey, you can remove the giblets halfway through the cooking process. If the giblets are not thawed enough to remove by that point, continue cooking in 10-minute increments until you are able to extract them
◾If the turkey browns too fast, simply cover it with foil
◾When cooking for an extended period of time, the parts of the NuWave Oven will become extremely hot. Use caution
