Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 3/4 c oatmeal
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 c rhubarb cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 c sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 c H2O
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter
2. Press half this mixture into bottom and sides of 8 in baking pan
3. Fill with rhubarb
4. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla and bring to boil; cook until thick and clear
5. Pour over rhubarb and top with rest of dry mixture
6. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour.
