Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp leaves basil
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp leaves oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
1.Combine turkey and dry spices in large bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
2.Add chicken broth, mixing well. Let stand 15-20 minutes.
3.Form turkey into 8 patties, approx. 3/4" thick.
4.Cook patties in non-stick skillet over medium heat, about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked
