Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 cup milk(70-80 degrees)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion salt
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut-drained, rinsed and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup rye flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon caraway seed
- 1 3/4 tsp active dry yeast

Step 1
mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients.
cook in 350 oven until done.
( may cook in breadmaker-prep time 10 min, cook time-1 hr. 30 min. ready in 3 hours)
