Italian Beef in Crockpot

Ingredients

• 1 3-4 lb. beef roast
• 1 oz. onion soup mix
• 1 oz. au jus mix
• 1 oz brown gravy mix
• 5 -6 tsp beef bouillon granules

Preparation

Step 1

Put roast in crock pot. Sprinkle all ingredients on and around meat. Almost cover with water. Cook on low for 9 to 10 hours.
When meat is tender shred and mix in the cooked water.
