Ingredients
- 2 lb. Lean ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef, onions, green pepper and celery over low heat until beef looks pink color. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over vermicelli spaghetti.
