Ingredients

  • 1 large can of crushed pineapple (about 20 oz can)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 small box lemon jello
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups chopped apple (very finely chopped)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sugar and pineapple to a boil. Add lemon jello and cook until dissolved. Take off stove and cool. When cool, add apple, cream cheese, and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip and let it refrigerate overnight
