Ingredients
- 1 large can of crushed pineapple (about 20 oz can)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 small box lemon jello
- 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups chopped apple (very finely chopped)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 oz cool whip

Preparation
Step 1
Bring sugar and pineapple to a boil. Add lemon jello and cook until dissolved. Take off stove and cool. When cool, add apple, cream cheese, and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip and let it refrigerate overnight
