Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes, cut and cubed
- put in soup pot
- 3 cans chopped canned clams (med size) with juice
- pour on top of potatoes
- 1 teasp. Minced garlic (in a jar)
- 1/2 onion chopped
- fill pot with water to cover potatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Cook on medium low till potatoes are tender. Add 1 can Evaporated milk and bring to low boil. Add 2/3 cup of second can of Evaporated milk and mix with ¼ cup plain flour. Shake in container and add to mixture to thicken. Stir. Add pepper to taste or add at table. Add 1 tablespoon chopped parsley. Let simmer several hours if desired or minimum of 20 minutes
