Ingredients
- 4 T. butter, melted
- 1 T. plus 1 tsp. zesty herb seasoning, McCormick Grill Mates
- 1 T. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
- 4 6-oz. tilapia fillets
- 20 to 24 asparagus spears, tough ends trimmed
- 2 C. matchstick carrots
- 1/2 C. sliced yellow onion

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Spray grill rack with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray.
Spray 4 (10 x 10 inch) squares heavy-duty aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine butter, zesty herb seasoning, brown sugar and crushed bouillon cube, mixing well.
Place 1 fish fillet in the center of each prepared foil square. Spoon 1 tablespoon butter mixture over each fillet. Top each with 5-6 asparagus spears, 1/2 cup carrots and 1/4 of the sliced onion. Fold foil over fish and fold ends together to make a pouch, sealing well. Grill, covered with grill lid, for 15 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
