  • 2 T. light butter
  • 1 T. light brown sugar
  • 3/4 t. ground cinnamon
  • 3 Large apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2 inch thick rings
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1


1.In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat; add the brown sugar and cinnamon, stir until blended.

2.Add apple rings; toss gently to coat. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and serve.

4.one serving is 1/2 cup.
