Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 2 day old bread, crumbled
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 T. dry mustard
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 T. mayo
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 t. red pepper
  • 1/2 t. black pepper
  • 1 egg

Step 1

Mix by lightly tossing with fork. Form into cakes and place on cookie sheet. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Bake at 400* for 25-30 minutes until nicely browned.
