Ingredients
- 1 Beef Brisket, about 3 lbs
- 1 Tab smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lare onion chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) can stewed tomatoe
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) beef broth
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 8 hamburger buns
- Pickles and soleslaw

Preparation
Step 1
Coat slowcooker bowl with cooking spray
Season brisket with paprika, salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker. Scatter onion and garlis over brisket. Combine tomatoes, broth, vinegar and sugar. Pour over brisket.
Cover and cook on high for 6 to 9 hours.
Remove meat from slow cooker and cool slightly. Slice or shred and stir into sauce.
Remove brisket with slotted spoo and serve on roll, with pickles and slaw if desired.
