Ingredients
- 2 cups of self raising flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Beat sugar, egg yolks, orange juice and oil. Beat for 10 β 15 minutes.
Mix baking powder and flour and fold in batches.
Beat for at least 5 minutes.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour in greased tin and bake at 180ΒΊ for 40 β 45 minutes.
