Step 1
TAKE THE ROAST. PUT IN CROCKPOT. POUR BEER OVER THE TOP OF THE ROAST. POUR TWO PACKAGES OF ITALIAN DRESSING OVER ROAST.
COOK OVERNIGHT OR SEVERAL HOURS ON HIGH UNTIL ROAST EASILY TEARS APART.
