Chipped Beef on Toast

  • 2/3 stick butter or margarine
  • 6 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 large jar sliced beef (chopped and rinsed)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 slices toast



Step 1

Melt margarine and blend in flour until all is smooth. Cook on medium for four to five minutes. Gradually add milk and beef. Stir continually until mixture is slightly thick. Serve over toast.
