Ingredients

  • 8-10 medium potatoes, small chunks or sliced thin.
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Cover potatoes with water and cook until almost done (about 10 min.)Drain and place in greased 13 x 9 pan. Mix together soup, milk, 1 c. cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 25 - 30 min. or until potatoes are tender.
