  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper, or to taste
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and
  • drained
  • 1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
