Six-In-One Casserole

In casserole dish, layer potatoes and onions
- Potatoes, sliced fine
- Onions, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef, seasoned
- 1 can corn, drained completely
- 1 can tomato soup
- Grated cheese
Wonderful White Bread

You'd better make 2 loaves, because this will be gone in an instant
- FOR 2 LOAVES:
- 3 cups bread flour (use only bread flour, not all purpose)
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/3 c dry milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees), may need more depending on humidity and type of flour.
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour (use only bread flour, not all purpose)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast

- 1/2 c dry milk
- 4 tablespoons butter

- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 15-ounce cans Garbanzo Beans, rinsed
- 2 lb. small red or white potatoes, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 8 cups low-sodium vegetable broth or stock
- 1/2 cup premade pesto
