Chive Blossom Cream Sauce

- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chicken stock or broth
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives and chive blossoms
- Pepper to taste - optional
Romanesco Broccoli and Radiatori Pasta

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt it, add the pasta and cook until al dente

- 1 pound rigatoni pasta

- Fruit Fresh or 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cups water
- 3/4 cups white vinegar
- 1/4 apple cider vinegar
- 1 3/4 cups of white granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed stick cinnamon
