Bring a small pot of water to a boil; add 1 tablespoon salt
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup shelled fresh fava beans (about 1/2 pound in a pod)
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted almonds (about 2 ounces)
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup finely grated pecorino cheese (about 2 ounces), plus more for sprinkling
- 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for topping
- 2 1/2 cups loosely packed fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 12 ounces angel hair pasta (capellini)
Bacon-Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Cream Cheese and Almonds

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 14 ox package of flaked coconut
- 2 large Hershey bars + 2 regular Hershey bars
Spicy Raspberry Mustard

This is a spicy mustard made with raspberry vinegar
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1 allspice pod (can sub 1/4 tsp ground, but add when grinding)
- 1/4 cup dry mustard
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (depends on how much you like garlic)
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle juice (if you don't have any, sub sugar water with a bit more vinegar)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp raspberry vinegar
Broccoli Carrot Salad with Honey Dijon Vinaigrette

- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli crowns (about 2 small crowns)
