Hazy Waters Pina Colada

Pour cream of coconut, coconut milk, pineapple juice and rum into a blender
- 4 oz Cream of Coconut
- 2 oz cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup pineapple chunks (frozen, is preferred)
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 4 oz cup light rum (or coconut rum)
- 4 cups crushed ice (1 cup reserved)

- 2 cups white flour
- 2/3 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon thyme
- 1/2 tablespoon basil

Blueberry Ice Cream Sundae

Make the ice cream: Set a large bowl in an ice-water bath; set aside
- 6 cups fresh or thawed frozen sweet corn kernels (from about 6 ears), cobs reserved (if using fresh)

- 1/2 cup (125 mL) balsamic vinegar

Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

- 1 Lb of Chicken (Thighs have a good flavor, but any can be used)
- Chicken Bouillon (a couple of cubes)
