Simple Seared Scallops

Preparation Combine first 3 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; add scallops
- Ingredients
- 3 * 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 pounds sea scallops
- 2 * 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 * 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- * Fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
MUSTARD TOPPED SALMON

Combine ingredients and spread on salmon
- 1-1/2 TBSP. brown sugar
- 1 TBSP. chopped fresh dill (1 tsp. if using dried)
- 1/8 C. grainy Dijon mustard
- 1/4 C. mayonnaise (can use reduced fat)
- 1-1/2 lbs. salmon
