Tuscan Style Soup (Trader Joe's)

Quick, easy, delicious! All ingredients can be found at Trader Joe's
- 1 Package Sundried Tomato, Basil & Provolone Chicken Meatballs
- 1 Quart Carton Free-range Chicken Broth
- 1 Can Cannellini Beans (White Kidney) Rinsed & Drained
- 1 Small Bag of Baby Spinach or Arugula
- 1 Wedge of Toscano Black Pepper Cheese or Romano Cheese as a condiment/garnish
The Meatball Shop's Buffalo Chicken Balls

These are a great addition to any tailgate party
- For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce or any other favorite hot sauce
- 1 pound ground chicken, preferably thigh meat
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 celery stalk, minced
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Asparagus and Parmesan Tart

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 sheet puff pastry (8 oz), thawed
- 1/2 lbs new potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/4 t each salt and pepper
- 1/4 C sour cream
- 1 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 t olive oil
- 1/8 t each salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 oz prosciutto (4 slices)
Grilled Honey-Dijon chicken

In a small bowl add the honey, mustard, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T Honey
- 2 T Dijon Mustard
- 1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus more for the grill
- 1/2 t Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- 4 Chicken Breast Fillets, butterflied
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup shortening or cooking oil
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup sugar
Parmesan Crusted Chicken

- 1 Large Onion, chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced or pressed
