  • Turn mixer to speed 1 and add slowly while blending. After 30 sec. stop mixer and scrape bowl and paddle. Blend on speed 1 for 3 min. Scale 350g (12 1/3 oz.) into 8-in. round, well greased cake pans. Bake at 350o F for approx. 23 min.
