- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Hungarian Beef

1. Place meat in slow cooker
- 2 lbs. beef chuck, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika

Skillet Chicken with Hot & Sweet Peppers

In a cast-iron or other heavy-bottomed skillet, heat the EVOO, 1 turn of the pan, over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 pound hot Italian sausage or fresh Mexican chorizo, casings removed
- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika (smoked or regular)

- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 fresh chiles (red Fresno or jalapeño), sliced
- 2 frying or bell peppers (red or green), chopped

- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
