Roast Pork in a Bag

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 (2 1/2 pounds) boneless pork loin sirloin roast
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 oven bag (see Note)
Three Layer Ruby Red Salad

- First Layer:
- 1 (3 OZ) package raspberry gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen raspberries in syrup
