Crust: Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Crust:
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
- Cream Cheese Layer:
- 1 box lemon Jello, 3 oz.
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 block cream cheese, 8 oz.
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Mango Gelatin Layer:
- 2 boxes lemon Jello, (3 oz. size) or (6 oz. total)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 cups mangoes, diced
Grand Ma-Ma's Deviled Eggs

Scoop egg yolks into a bowl
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and halved
- 1-1/2 t. vinegar
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. sugar
- 1-1/2 T. butter, melted
- 1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
- Garnish: paprika
Pork Chops With Roasted Green Beans and Pecans

Preheat oven to 450°. Rinse beans
- 2 2 packages 2 (12-oz.) packages fresh cut green beans
- 1 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 4 4 to 6-oz.) to 6-oz.) bone-in center-cut pork chops
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Japanese breadcrumbs (panko)
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 1 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tablespoon butter
Peaches 'N Cream Delight

1. In medium saucepan melt butter; add sugar and cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups crisp rice cereal
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
- 1 can (21 oz.) Apple or More Fruit Peach Fruit Filling
Breaded Chicken Cutlets

Use rubber mallet, meat pounder, or rolling pin to pound chicken breasts to even 1/2-inch thickness
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts (5 to 6 ounces each), tenderloin removed and reserved for another use, fat trimmed
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 to 8 slices high quality white bread such as Pepperidge Farm, crusts removed and torn into rough one and a half inch pieces (or, if you don’t have white bread available, use panko instead)
- Ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 plus 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- Lemon Wedges for serving
Creamy Spaghetti Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (26-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Potato Soup

Combine potatoes, celery, onions, carrots, ham, water & broth in a large pot
- 3 1/2 cups peeled, diced potatoes
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 1/3 cup diced carrots
- 3/4 cup cooked, diced ham
- 3 1/4 cup water (or substitute a can of chicken broth for some of the water)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups milk
