"Banana Bread" Bread Pudding

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (1-pound) banana bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, plus some for sprinkling
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Tex-Mex Dip

Spread bean dip on large serving tray (about a 12-inch round)
- 2 (9-ounce) cans bean dip
- 3 ripe avocados, mashed (about 1-1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 scallions (green onions), finely chopped
- 1 medium-sized tomato, diced
PINA COLADA MINI CAKES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 large can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple packed in juice
- 1 can (15 oz.) cream of coconut
- 1 tiny bottle rum extract
- Baker's Joy flour/oil spray for dusting the pans
- 2 boxes golden butter cake mix (NO pudding added)
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz ea.) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream (for whipping)
- Prepared buttercream frosting (recipe follows)
- 2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut (for a toasted garnish)
- 1 bag dried pineapple chunks, each cut in half lengthwise
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar

1 Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray
- Bars:
- 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Peppermint Twist Cheesecakes

- 18 chocolate wafer cookies
- 3 (8 ounces each) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
No-Bake Cheesecake

In a 3-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray, combine the bagels, apple, cranberries and raisins
- 4 whole wheat bagels, split and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 large tart apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Impossibly Easy Barbecue Chicken Pie

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup French-fried onions (from 2.8-oz can)
- Additional barbecue sauce, heated, if desired
Cinnamon Roll FroYo Sundaes with Berries

1 Separate dough into 5 rolls; place each in ungreased regular-size muffin cup
- 1 can (17.5 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing (5 rolls)
- Chocolate sauce or ice cream topping
- Miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 About 1 1/4 cups fresh or frozen berries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Vanilla frozen yogurt
Baked Beans with Smoked Sausage

- 2 slices bacon, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage (I use kielbasa), sliced
- 3 (16-ounce) cans pork and beans
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (I use TABASCO)
