  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (I lightly salted pork so I didn't use this salt)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water (instead of water I used strong coffee)
