Puerto Rican Dry Adobo Seasoning

Mix all the spices together and put in a sealed container
- 4 Tbsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp Onion powder
- 2 Tbsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp cumin
- 2 Tbsp saffron
- 2 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp Lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp turmeric
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp coriander
- 1 Tbsp dried cilantro
Asparagus and Chicken Stir-fry

Freeze the chicken breasts for 20 to 30 minutes and then thinly slice the chicken against the grain into strips
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 breasts)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (2-inch) piece peeled fresh ginger, cut into thin matchsticks
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch plus 1 teaspoon
- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 3/4 cup chicken broth, low-sodium canned, or homemade or water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 bunches medium asparagus (about 2 pounds), woody stems trimmed, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 bunch scallions (white and green parts), thinly sliced
- Serving suggestion: Brown or white rice
Turkey Mornay

Place Alfredo sauce in medium saucepan
- 16-oz jar four cheese Alfredo sauce or use your own
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
- 2-3 cups sliced cooked turkey or chicken
- 5 English muffins, split with fork and toasted
- 3 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tba torn fresh basil leaves or 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped grape tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degree F
- 2 cups chunked cooked chicken
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed chicken and rice soup
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 (5-ounce) package chow mein noodles
Slow Cooker Parmesan Honey Pork Roast

- 1 (2-3 pound) boneless pork roast (mine was 2.5 pounds)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (used the lite soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (I lightly salted pork so I didn't use this salt)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water (instead of water I used strong coffee)
- (I used a medium onion and cut it up and laid the pork roast on it, onion not called for in original recipe).
Cola Barbecue Ribs

In small bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic, salt, pepper and Liquid Smoke if desired; rub over ribs

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 (4-6 pound) roasting chicken
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
