- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces German's Sweet Chocolate, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter (see note), plus more for the pans
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Coconut and Pecan Filling:
- 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 large egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into 12 pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/3 cups unsweetened flaked coconut (about 7 ounces; see note)

Balsamic Pork Chops and Mushroom Stew

In slow cooker, combine pork, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots and onion
- 6 bone-in pork chops (about 2 1/2 lb.)
- 1 lb. mixed sliced mushrooms
- 2 lb. baby potatoes
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar Cane - Panela
- 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
- 4 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh tarragon

Chocolate Haupia Pie (Just Like Ted’s Pies Hawaii)

Preheat oven to 350°. Bake pie crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust (you can make your own or buy a frozen one)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (14 oz.) can coconut milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons coconut extract
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1-1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
